At Quite Thread, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every piece you purchase. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Quite Thread follows a no-return and no-refund policy.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products once an order has been delivered.

However, if you have ordered the wrong size, we offer one free size exchange subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned below.

2. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please mention your order number and the size you would like to exchange your product for.

Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

3. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

Be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed and free from any stains, marks, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Be returned with its original packaging.
Not have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, has a manufacturing issue, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs/videos showing the issue

Our team will review the concern and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Please do not use or wash the product before contacting us regarding a damage or quality issue.

5. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is received, our team will review the request and confirm whether it meets our exchange conditions.

If approved, we will provide the necessary instructions for the exchange.

The replacement size will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

6. Important Notes

Only size exchanges are accepted.
We do not offer exchanges for a different style, colour, or product.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Once an exchange has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or converted into a refund.
Products purchased during special promotions or sale periods may be subject to specific exchange conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
